Purina "owns" the futurities in terms of giving the beautiful trophy at the
National to the breeder of the Best in Futurity and donating money for litters
nominated and champions finished. Individual regional club trophies are
still the responsibility of the regional clubs. The monies received from
Purina I
believe go to educational type endeavors of the club.
