[ SHOWGSD-L ] Futurity Trophies

Hi All
Shirley Raymond called the other night to say she is really nervous about
having enough "donations" for the SE futurity trophies - I understand each club
needs $1,100 by the end of Feb.? which breaks down to $75 a class - she has
called a lot of the clubs in the SE and hasn't seemed to get a lot of
response.... Are other regions having the same problem? How about last year's
class
winners donating a class - Marquin is going to -
Come on Atlanta - you have three clubs - - and Florida - and Alabama - if
this gets to be a real problem, clubs won't want to host the Futurity and since
many of our clubs are smaller and seem to be struggling - by spreading out the
"donations" we can help them out . .
