In response to a post wondering why there have been no official emails from
the GSDCA President.........I personally asked Gail to send this announcement
out to the membership via an approved email.? Amy, the Futurity Chair also had
some Futurity announcements she needed made.? Since ALL of this information had
to get to our members quickly (Futurity Entries close on March 6), Amy made the
call to send everything to as many lists as possible.? And yes, I called and
emailed Gail and Kathaleen asking for the Futurity Stimulus email to be sent
and since I had no response from either, both Amy and I sent the information
emails to all lists.
But, no matter how the information was sent, isn' t it important to keep the
membership informed?? Especially since this is a new approach and is offering
Futurity Nominations for NO CHARGE....and since there was a judge change in the
NE REgion.
REMEMBER THE FUTURITY ENTRIES CLOSE ON MARCH 6, 2009.....
This is email is not meant to blast anyone nor point any fingers; it is merely
an answer to the question that was aksed, "why was this email sent to the
lists".? And so far it has been sent to four or five lists, this is the only
one that questioned the intention.
