We've tried to make the online nomination process straight forward but the
instructions provided on the nomination page are also pretty helpful.
The last set of check boxes on the form gives 3 options for payment: pay by
check, pay by charge card and no payment required. The big button right
below that says "COMPLETE APPLICATION". YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SEND THE FORM TO
ANYONE once you click on the "Complete Application" button. The website
automatically emails the online futurity nomination form to Lea Ruggeri (who
is in charge of the nominations).
You DO have to send a 4-generation pedigree to Lea Ruggeri. That also,
along with a link to her email address, in in the instructions.

Hi Sheri,
Lea is still in charge of nominations so sending everything to her should be
good. I'm sure she will get back to you soon. Why don't you send her
another email asking if she received your information? Seems to me that
there is a box at the bottom of the form to check or fill in for FREE
nominations. I think (but am not sure... haven't used the site for awhile)
by filling in that box, you don't get linked to the store. But I could be
wrong about that :((
Let me know if you don't hear from Lea within a day or two.

I'm trying to nominate a litter before they are whelped and I'm not sure if
I'm sending it to the right person. I went to the parent club website and
filled out the questionnaire on the site and submitted it and it went to the
GSDCA store to charge for the nomination. Because the litter isn't born yet
it is suppose to be free but there wasn't a ticket for that so I just
exited. Then I filled out the form and emailed it along with my 4 generation
pedigree to Lea at the email address on the website. Is Lea still the person
we send them to because I have not gotten any kind of confirmation of
receipt of that email that I sent on July 15th. Is there someone else we are
suppose to be contacting and if so please let me know. Would like to get
this done before the litter is born. I appreciate any information!
