But it is the club hosting that does that....
Not sure how regional chairs handle it now, but when I chaired the SW futurity
I sent
names of proposed judges to all the clubs in the region and had them chose a
pick.
Helps support the region

From the PandP:
Futurity/Maturity Timetable For Regional Clubs
MAY: Submit names of three (3)judges, site and date of Futurity to National
Chair by May 30.
(See Judges Eligibility below)
JULY: The Board approves judges, site and date of Futurities.
The Regional Clubs have already submitted their information to the
Board for approval next month for next year
The PandP is free to download from the Members section of the
gsdca.org website
