I do not understand the logic of forcing clubs with fewer and fewer members to
do more work and spend more money.Joan

And I agree with this logic completely. The AKC offers and amateur
class now and how much is it being incorporated and used. I just don't see
the
call for a "special" futurity for this, and I have suggested just the
class be put in several times to no avail.
