Just a thought but if the system is going to be changed how about one
additional Futurity after all the Futurities are complete in which dogs that
were absent can be shown. Basically if they were out of coat, sick, etc. last
chance. Pay double the entry fee to be eligible for this show. Gives every
dog that "fair" chance to be at their best without any side games. You could
also wait to announce who the judge is after the normal Futurities are over if
that was a concern.

I think that it might be okay for people to be able to enter their dog in two
futurities. That way they have a choice to show in which ever futurity their
dog looks best. In my opinion being able to enter any and all futurities is
not a good idea. Why doesn't the futurity committee just leave it the way
that it is......there is nothing wrong with the system the way that it is now.
