The Board can't post what these charges contain. The new executive committee
is elected by the Board at the Jan meeting . We will meet over the lunch
hour to consider whether the actions alleged in the charges, if proven,
might constitute conduct prejudicial to the interest of the Club or the
breed.
If the EC considers that the charges do not allege conduct which would be
prejudicial to the best interest of the Club or of the breed, it may refuse
to entertain jurisdiction.
Once this decision is made the charges will be promptly forwarded or passed
out to the entire Board by the Cor Secretary OR the member(s) filing the
charges will be told that the charges are not being entertained.
If the membership were apprised of all charges brought before the Board it
could be very prejudicial to those who might be found non guilty of these
alleged charges. The Board themselves could be found to have been party to
conduct prejudicial to the interests of those individuals by making any
charges open to the membership.
