It seems strange to ask someone to volunteer a full time job, that I know
takes more than 50 hours a week. Perhaps if we asked someone who is retired,
independently wealthy, and dedicated, we could not pay for it. But, if we want
a quality editor, to work full time for us, we should be willing to pay for
it.
