Amy,
The Hilton is a couple of blocks west of College Avenue which is Hwy 287 and
the "main street" of fort Collins. If you go south on College you will find
grocery stores, WalMart, Target, and a big Mall called FootHills mall with
Sears and many other stores. There is also a big mall outlet just south of the
Ranch, so either way you can find something! I would recommend you bring a
jacket as it is getting cool in the evenings. Its suppose to be in the 80's by
friday and the mid 70's over the weekend, perfect for the Pikes Peak specialty
show in Colorado Springs. The other thing you can do is buy a good sweatshirt
from the Too Chic lady (Bo) at the nationals, or from one of the other vendors.
Of course we all are going to buy the t-shirts and sweatshirts from the
nationals! So I do recommend you bring cool/warm weather clothes. But there is
no lack of stores here! The Colorado Visitor's Bureau will be at the Ranch
with maps of Fort Collins for folks, but you should also f
ind in
