I couldn't believe it when Zoltar figured out how to pick up the corner of
those mats and fold them in half :0) One this you can do to make handling those
heavy mats easier is to drill a hole in them big enough to thread a piece of
rope through. Then you can drag them darn things.

Since cold is not a big factor in South Texas, we were concerned about
softening the concrete. I bought big, thick rubber horse mats at Tractor
supply.
They are 4 ft X 6 ft and must weigh close to 80# each. But they are thick
rubber, they stand up to high pressure hosing, and best of all, the little
devils don't try to eat them.
I buy them at tractor supply. I think they are $85 each, but sometime they
do go on sale, and they seem to last forever. And no, I've never
noticed
them smelling, even in 95 degree heat.
