I think more people than just Carmen used the term...but he was the only
one I ever heard of who used it in written critiques and gave it a
score. I remember reading some of his critiques, and he'd say "foot
timing 9" for one dog, and "foot timing 8-1/2" for another, and I always
wondered why he scored it, since nobody else knew what he meant with
those scores. I do agree that he is the one who coined the term. I
think it can be a useful term, but explaining it would take the rest of
the night. Maybe somebody should ask Carmen to do it!!!
