Have to disagree with you on this. United is getting an undeserved bad
wrap. United asked the guy to exit the plane. It was airport security who
took things too far and became physical. Not one United employee touched
that guy.
I have used United Petsafe several times and they are very good. I feel
that Alaska Airlines is the best for traveling with pets and they still do
pets as access baggage, not cargo which is good and cheaper. The
employees at both of the above I have worked with have been great and have
always went above and beyond.

I think they are the largest carrier in the US....too bad, flew Canada Air
to Vancouver and back! Very nice company, ( not inexpensive) don't know if
