That is EXISTING law. The proposed amendment, which I just posted, will
REQUIRE THE VET TO BE PRESENT.
NO MORE giving your own vaccinations at home. I don't know of very many
vets that are going to LIE and certify that they were PRESENT when they
weren't.

The key is "under the direction of a veterinarian". I can't imagine
selling
a puppy without a health cert.
