That is interesting. I have had no problems with claims from FedEx. One
order was almost $300.00. Paid and package found 2 months later. No request
for
a refund. But I sure have had problems with the USPS. I have yet to hear
back from them on 3 lost packages I had to resend. Loss of the product,
shipping and PO'd customers. Not worth the hassle.
