[ SHOWGSD-L ] False pregnancies

How big can a bitch get if in a false pregnancy? Do they actually look like
they are pregnant? Sorry it may seem like stupid question, but according the
u/s there were no pups seen at 30 days. But she is really starting to look
pregnant. It would now be 42 since her last breeding.
