Sadly, it is a fact that people lie; they deny true facts and create their
own. The courts are left to determine whose truth, if any, is the real
truth and whose facts, if any, are part of that real truth.

to go somewhere she has to hire a cab.
The jury will have to decide what it was worth. But, the facts are
established. The only opinion will be what it is worth in dollars.
