I the trials are offered as "All Breed" -- which would not be a bad idea to
get more entries -- then it is OK. All breed trials offered by specialty
clubs provide two sets of ribbons/awards: Overall All Breed and GSD only.
In each class there are two sets of 1-4 ribbons and the HIT and High
Combined Open/Utility each have two sets of awards. The GSD HIT would then
the the Obedience Victor while the All Breed dog would be the HIT-All Breed.
It is also possible for the GSD to be both.

Hence the AKC registration clause, so ILP/PAL is no longer elligible for top
performance honours
