I am in favor of conference calls for the board meetings. We could only
replace two of the board meetings as we need the Jan meeting because of the
Budget/Finance.
There are several things we could do in my opinion. #1 Conference calls
every quarter take way to long, you really get a sore ear - my idea (not
voiced yet) is to have monthly
Conference calls would be shorter and not as much to address. If we do
this it would save LOTS of money - it cost us about $15,000 for each board
meeting, this would
Eliminate that expense.
