well, as I understand it, you still can't do it...but then, I also
understand it's a guideline and not a rule, so whether AKC enforces it is up
in the air.
It would probably have taken effect on the first day of the Board
Meeting......May 11...........and your time schedule wouldn't matter
(depending on who reports it, and who you are in the eyes of the AKC)
