We here in Palm Beach County (Florida) are fighting a battle much like
California. Between Mandatory spay/neuter, high differential fees and
breeding permits, the average person doesn't have a chance. Not only will it
affect the permanent residents here but it also affects the snowbirds
(anyone here over a month). We desperately need your help. To read the draft
of the proposed ordinance please go to http://pbcgov.com/ and click on
Spay/Neuter Ordinance Draft . You'll find a great deal of the same old, same
old plus some new tactics. The NAIA has set up the capwiz program. Please,
please, take a minute to read the draft and then go to the capwiz URL posted
below. This is a fight that, if lost in Palm Beach County, will cover the
state, county by county.
