[ SHOWGSD-L ] FUTURITY HELP PLEASE ASAP!!!!!

I was just filling out the Futurity entries for my two puppies and I realized
that one...it is a Maturity entry not a Futurity entry and that the person that
they have listed as the Superintendant is wrong. I need two Futurity entries
ASAP and need to know where to send them because Sue Clark is not the right
person. Thanks for any help in advance!!!
P.S. this is a litter who are juniors and I NEVER received any entries for any
of the puppies. HELP!!!
