Plus, look at a map and compare the size of the regions, as far as land
Canadians are allowed to nominate their litters for the US futurities. I
believe at the time Canada was put into the NW region to balance out the
number
of litter nominations each region was receiving. Give them more-or-less the
same number. The Canadian Futurity system is not connected to the GSDCA
system.
