Depends on how the group is set up. If the group is set up as a
"closed group" then only group members can see the posts. Anyone can
see that there is a group and who is a member, but that's it. If the
group is set up as a "secret group" then only current members see
anything about it, the group doesn't even show up in search results.
An Open group is a free-for-all.
