And, some neighbors are jerks.? I have a neighbor living in a tent in his
parents backyard.? He is such a jerk his parents won't even let him stay in the
house.? He is a drunk and has threatened another neighbor and my tenant with
his Pit Bull and a gun.? He yells over the fence about a single bark, playing
the radio while working in my own back yard and running the generator on my RV
for maintenance.? A year ago, he threatenend to call AC on me, stating my dogs
bark all night.? My dogs are all in the house at night.? I got statements from
my closest neighbors (he lives behind my house and 2 doors down) that my dogs
did not bark at night.? I brought the statements to his parents and asked if
they had a problem with my dogs.? They said they did not.? Do my dogs bark??
Sure they do, but they shut up when I tell them and they only bark if someone
comes on the property or when it's playtime.? I explained his threat and
mentioned Building and Safety and all was quiet until last we
ek.? He threatened my tenant for playing a radio while he was working on his
car.??The same week, he yelled at my daughter about my generator.? He didn't
threaten my daughter or he would now be singing soprano.? He's at it again and
it looks like I need to have another talk with his mother.? This is a worthless
30+ something year old man who?likes being a miserable jerk.? I think he splits
his time between my neighborhood and Flower Boy's.? Some neighbors are just
JERKS!??????

Numbers kept and a "nuisance" are two different things. You obviously
aren't in violation for numbers, but your neighbor might be able to
demonstrate
the barking is a nuisance.
