I have known Eric for at least 30 years. We lost touch some years ago. When
he was training Guide dogs, we would donate bitches to him for his program. I
have many letters from people that got our dogs to guide them through their
darkness. Some people didn't care much for Eric, but I found him to be a very
kind and caring man.
I regret not keeping in touch with an old friend.
I remember all the Guide Dog Graduations we attended, they were
very heartwarming. God speed Eric, and thanks for the memories.
