[ SHOWGSD-L ] Entry limits on specialty shows

The specialties are limited because they are being held in the evenings after
the all breed shows. AKC made a rule limiting the entries for specialties held
after all-breed shows to, I believe, 50 entries. If the specialty shows were
held on the day before the all breed shows the entry would not be limited.
