Hi, Barb.
I have encountered Brightstar before. They are based in Rochester, and I
believe work with the Rochester GSDC, and also with Pat DeChick and the
Iroquois GSDC. They seem quite flexible about helping if they have room and
there is a GSD in need.
Have you heard anything more ?

Hi everyone: E-bay received my complaint and said they are looking into
it. Also a lady by the name of Rebecca contacted me and forward a web
site to me called Brightstar who does rescue animal work. Thank you
Rebecca. I don't know if they will do something with this dog as it
seems most of their animals are from shelters. I wrote them a letter
anyway and asked them if they could possibly help this poor guy. If I
hear from them, I will forward the information on to everyone. Best
