Absolutely, pano or any other "ouch". And, no, sorry, I don't think it will correct. What would cause one foot to be more "out" than another is if the pano or "ouch" was on that side. (Which is why I never, and I mean NEVER let a dog limp through pano. You can REALLY mess up a good front.)
