[ SHOWGSD-L ] Ear treatment

I just had a puppy come to me for baby sitting, he is 12 weeks old , the new
owner gave him a bath and I think he got water down his ear. the ear is weepy
with a clear discharge. what would you treat this with? The vet is closed.
