I use Tear-Mender that you can get at Walgreen's. All you have to do is put a strip on the outside of the inner ear and hold together until set about 1 min. so that they look like a tee pee and it don't irritate the dog and the whole ear still gets air. I have only had success with this. The stuff I use to tape ears is 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive. I use the super strength one, and buy it at my local auto supply store.
