I think the problem is litigation.
What if a judge withheld an award because they thought the
dog was dyed and it was not?
Lawsuit time!
Same with drugs.
The SV is able to make it's own rules the GSDCA can't. We
have to folow AKC.
So while I agree,a random test for either is the answer, how
would it be implimented?
Ideas?

You would not have to withhold the placing, just remove the
placing or award after the fact if the tests were positive.
