It must be that that one agent had a problem with another dog. Because I have
not had a problem. I have looked on the State Farm web site and I searched
'dog' and found nothing at all about banned dogs or breeds.
So I will be checking at my local agent's office, very quitely, but I suspect
that you could get coverage at another State Farm office. Down here in
Florida, and Miami in particular it is very hard to get any homeowner's
coverage right now because of all the storms that have come in recent years.
And now I am having to decide whether or not to put up shutters tonight. I
am otherwise prepared, as I hope all my South Florida friends are.

Well...I wasn't the only one this agent dumped for dogs...and most
of us, myself included, had been insured by State Farm through
this same agent for over 20 years.........it was a big surprise, I can
tell you!
