Just thinking out loud here.......
Maybe a starting point would be voluntary testing at our National.? Set up a
booth or a stall for testing (dye & drug) and those who choose can partake.?
Then, we wouldn't have to worry about AKC or awards or anything else.? Those
who proved they were clean could be published in the Review for all to see.??
I am sure many would pay a small fee for this...or it could be a shared expense
between the parent club and the owner.

Actually in the realm of technology, things are getting cheaper...but we
will see. There are many options.
Personally if I had to pay twenty dollars to make it happen, I would
consider it a honor to benefit the breed and honest competitors by helping
to clean it up....small price. People spend more than that on dog toys.
