A taste of honey at the Midwest Futurity/Maturity ... The sun shone brightly as 
Honey Crisp of Oh-My (Sel. Ch. Lindenhill's Vinnie the Viper x Sel. Ch.
 Cherry Crush of Oh-My) made her debut with handler Kelly Salava last weekend 
in Wisconsin, and they did it in a big way.  Honey kicked off the weekend with 
Winner's Bitch, Best of Winners and Best of Breed over specials for
 a major under Fred Migliore at the Illini GSDC.  Not to be outdone by sister 
Clementine's SE Maturity win last month, Honey then stepped out of her sister's 
shadow and made her own mark by going Reserve Maturity Bitch under Cyndi 
Flautt.  Thank you Kelly for the outstanding job of handling and to Fred and 
Cyndi for awarding Honey these wins.  My appreciation also goes to Mike and 
Sheila Metz as well as those local club members who helped me get my girl ready 
here at home.   And finally, a tip of the cap to Darlene Cliff who assisted me 
in double handling Honey at the Maturity on Sunday.  To have the honor and 
thrill of sending two littermates to the Maturity finals at the National this 
fall ... Oh my!  I am one proud breeder/owner.
