Kris knew better and tried to say so. Margy knew and refused to sign it

The worst part of the settlement was having the board members even sign it.
It should have been signed on behalf of the club by our secretary, and not by
the individual board members. It was a perfect example of intimidation. No
individual had any liability, until they signed on. Now if the agreement is
breached, who would be sued?
I was not asked, but I was there. People were signing it in the bar next to
where I was having dinner. I saw it happening, and at the time felt it a great
injustice. But, I am but one of the little people, and no one asked me what
to do.
