I already said it. Kris made it clear she resigned because the board refused
to take her legal advise. I commend her on that. I have removed myself from
cases when the client would not listen to me. I think it took some guts to
stand up and say that.
I did not know Kris was going to do that, but she had told me of her
problems with some of the board members. I was very proud of her position. It
showed
real commitment.
