If so, wouldn't you rather have the entire country to choose from? Is the "best" person in Indiana going to be the best person if you were looking for someone from the other 49 states? Maybe so. But, I would rather have the entire country to choose from, than to have to pick someone from the Southern Pacific. Not that there aren't good people here.
