[ SHOWGSD-L ] : Donavan Thompson--let's clear this up and move on

Here are few facts on the Donovan Thompson issue.
It was not said in the ring or near the ring. He was coming from lunch and
spoke with someone and said the following:
Blacks appear to not have enough substance, therefore I don't
usually put them up. There was an occasion where I put one up BOB over
specials however."
There is absolutely nothing wrong with what he said. I happen to agree
with him and I think anyone that knows me and my judging knows that I have
put up many a black dog. I happen to agree that a lot of black dogs lack in
substance so if he has not had the ones that he thought had enough
substance then he does not put them up. They DON'T have substance and they
happen
to be black.
I have no regrets for hiring him and look forward to him judging our show.
I think we now need to move on and leave this man alone. He is not here to
defend the accusations against him and that is just plain not fair to him
