Trust me it was the exchange rate, I actually inquired about it after I
realized I had been ripped off! And I left the girl a big tip to boot, so I
know I won't be going south until this is all figured out! I work in a
food establishment and I live on my gratuities, I know all about it. They
told us that that is what they give and if we don't like it tough,
soooooooo, guess what, to bad for me! Oh and it was in Bellingham.
