[ SHOWGSD-L ] Dogs in War Zone

Hi;
The other night on NBC news they did a story on a dog and her puppies that were
adopted by a new crew in Lebanon. When the
crew had to return back to the states they brought the dogs to a shelter run by
a Lebanese woman. Well, at the end of the story
they said that these dogs at this shelter where being airlifted to the US and
had been adopted by US families. That is great for the
dogs, but with all the dogs that are in shelters in our own country and the
AR's challenging our rights every step of the way this
is nonsense.
I wonder if Sen. Santorum and all the other AR backed politicians think this is
a great idea? I am venting, because every day on this
list, Dawn is posting about GSD's in the kill shelter's, yet the AR's are bring
them in from other countries.
