Yesterday (Sunday) I attended the second day of the two day weekend Riverside
dog show...this is one of my favorite dogs shows to attend, its close to the
airport and the show site is at the host hotel, there are places to eat within
walking distance, including a Mc Donalds right next door....for about three
years in a row Basu and I were given the exact same room, room 152...we
wondered if there were secret cameras hidden in the room filming our
activities..lol...Last year at this show Jean Whalen and I were up late in my
hotel room trying to find a judge for the next morning!...the scheduled judge
had gotten sick at the last minute and could not attend.....I love the
conversations folks get into at dog shows.....the topic of Michael Jackson came
up, most believe he is guilty but will go free, Evan's California license plate
( I OBJECT) , Brad Pitts' bad skin,Baseball,and many others interesting topics
came up.....the weather was nice, Basu behaved and all in all it was a v
ery very
nice day...another wonderful place to show dogs and visit some good folks is
Washington...I will not be able to attend these shows this coming weekend
.....this sport is way more than just the dogs, at least for me it is..FB
