[ SHOWGSD-L ] Dog photo graphic help

I have this great head shot of my puppy Rio and my son. Rio has shiny eyes. Of 
course, fixing red-eye does nothing, and I tried using "shiny face", but it 
made his eyes look muddy.
Does anyone have a fix for "flash eyes"?!
