Four of our dogs got very sick after the San Antonio shows. Three were
running high fevers--up to 107.5. Our vet prescribed Clidamiacin and
Doxycycline. The one that was the sickest, I believe she got pnemonia, we
had to finally give Gentamicin also. It brought her fever down within
24-hrs. She also was on IV's for a number of days.

yes.--I forgot to say permission was granted by the original poster
also there's additional news:
the cases in Hunterdon County are not yet confirmed to be dog
flu, as it is too early for test results, which come from at least two
samples over time (see link). However, this is not ordinary kennel
cough. Similar to what first came in up here during 2004 and 2005 from
the lure coursers/greyhounds.
