One of the smallish breeds had a blip in their Gazette column detailing the same; several of their breed showed up in an auction, they rallied the troops and did their thing, but the following month, more had been imported from Europe for yet another auction. I forget the breed, but it had been a breed that hadn't previously been in auctions....but the question remains the same...aren't the rescuers perpetuation the problem?
