[ SHOWGSD-L ] Dog License Fees

What does everyone pay for their dog licenses? Last year we were in a
different town and county and I paid $11.50 for each of our
un-spayed/un-neutered dogs.
I just went to our town hall today and had to pay $25.50 each for the same
dogs.
I inquired about a kennel license and was told they don't have them
anymore.
This is in New York State but no where near NY City.
We only have one neighbor, who happens to be a jerk (to put it nicely) or I
wouldn't bother licensing them at all since our yard is double fenced and
they're never out without supervision.
