right! A child went into the kennel of my dog intending to put on a leash and
take the dog for a walk. The dog happened to be playing along the fence with
another dog and was excited. This dog turned to chase the child and did bite
her in the bum. No harm done but it could have been bad. This was a GSD -
herding dog. Now was the child at fault, was the dog at fault? i'm not
making excuses for the dog that bit the little boy but one never knows -
things happen.
