We should also remember that Kris resigned as head of legal affairs because
the board would not listen to her. I was there, and she was not happy to
resign, but felt it necessary.
I understand another board member has resigned.
It is a shame that our board finds no way to deal with the issues than to
have to give in. That is the problem, and one we need to address with our
vote. We will all vote in the next few weeks, consider carefully who will
stand
up to the challenge in the next two years.
