Fault and blame are different. It may be no one's fault, but the blame goes
to the President, and the board.
I am not sure there is any blame, it is always a fight for who does the
ballots. We have gotten bitching, (the ROM issue just came out for bitches, a
coincidence? I don't think so), every year about the ballot company.
Let's just hope the results show up on time, and we can move on.
