[ SHOWGSD-L ] Demodectic Mange

One of my friends has a dog with suspected demodectic mange, and ordered some
Goodwinol Ointment from K-V Vet Supply, and they told her that it is now by
prescription only. Is there another source for it or is there another
treatment for Demodex. I vaguely remember you could use either flea collars or
Ivomec, but can't remember the details. Thanks a lot.
